When the Caris Landings Inn was first built as a splendid victorian school house by the Town of Old Orchard Beach, Grover Cleveland was in the White House. The year was 1889. Since than a lot has changed, telephones, automobiles, internet... This classic landmark also went through changes from a grammer school, American legion, Motel and recently restored as 'The Landings Inn'. You will enjoy a bit of yesterday along with the modern day charm including refrigerators, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, private bath, heat and air conditioning and cable television.
