Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in: 1:00 PM - 8:00 PM. Check with Innkeeper for earlier arrival times. If you are unable to check-in by 8:00 PM, please make advance arrangements with the innkeeper.
Check-out: 10:00 AM promptly.
Rates
Rates range from $55-$250 depending on accommodations and season. Please view accommodations for specifics. Whenever applicable, $15 for each additional person per room per night will be charged. All rates are subject to Maine 7% lodging taxes. Rates are quoted in U.S. dollars.
Deposits
The credit card number is required to hold the reservation. One night deposit required. The full balance will be due upon arrrival at check-in. we accept VISA, MASTERCARD, TRAVELERS CHEQUES and U.S. cash. Personal checks gladly accepted for deposits.
Cancellation
In the event a reservation is cancelled 20 days or more in advance of the arrival date, the deposit will be refunded, less a $50 processing fee. If a reservation is cancelled within 20 days of the arrival date, deposits will be refunded provided the room is rebooked for all nights reserved, and is subject to the above processing fee. There is a $50 processing fee for changed reservations. There will be no refunds for early departures due to any reason.
Minimum Stay
We generally require a two night minimum stay on most weekends, while holiday weekends usually require a three night minimum stay. Please call the innkeeper to discuss a single nights stay on weekends.
Children
Children are welcome. We encourage our Captain's Cottages for family visits. Please call to discuss availability.
Pets
Sorry. Accommodations are not suitable for pets.
Smoking
We are a non-smoking environment. Guests choosing to disregard our non-smoking policy will be reminded that our accommodations offer a smoke-free environment to all our guests. Those choosing to disregard our policy will be subject to a cleaning fee and The Caris Landings by the Sea will be compensated for lost revenue by smokers whose smoking render an accommodation unacceptable for incoming guests.
