From the South

From the South: From the Maine Turnpike (I-95) coming from the south, take Exit 36 (Old Orchard Beach/Saco Exit). This will place you on I-195 headed for "the beach". Go 4 miles from the tollbooth. The Caris Landings By the Sea is just after the Mobile station adjacent to the Beach Lobster Stand.

From the North

From the Maine Turnpike (I-95) coming from the north, take Exit 42 (Scarborough Exit). Get off the Turnpike and go straight across the first Intersection (with a stop light). Go one mile and take right at the next light on to Route 1 South. Proceed across the Marsh, passing Aquaboggen on your right. A mile past Aquaboggen you will see the Cascade Golf Driving Range and Cascade Restaurant on your left. Just after the Cascade Restaurant take a left at the light. Follow this road for 3 miles until you come to a 3-way intersection in “downtown” Old Orchard Beach. Go straight and when you see the Rite Aid on your left The Caris Landings By The Sea is next.
